We had water damage to wood floors, kitchen cabinets, walls and baseboards throughout the entire first floor of our house. This was a rental property, so we had tenants and insurance to navigate. Tyler was a patient partner in this, as well as a valuable sounding board. Once insurance eventually got sorted, and we finally got to work, his team was very professional and they did a great job. We have a few rental properties and we have remodeled every home we have moved into. We’ve experienced several remodeling and renovation crews, this was by far the best experience we have had and the quality of work was the best as well. Communication was great - this is a common failure of most GCs. Tyler actually communicates clearly and is a straight shooter. I never had to read between the lines or hope we were saying the same thing. Surprisingly, I have found this is a rarity in this industry.

After a recent hail storm, very happy to have had TJ Renovate repair my roof and gutters. Tyler, Jaime, and team were courteous and professional throughout all work done. Even after throwing them a curve ball outside of the insured roof work, they obliged and replaced, color matched, several rotted boards and two pillars. They completed all work in short order.The roof and gutters look great. Went with charcoal black shingles, and matching black gutters. Tyler & Jaime came out to do a free roof inspection and walked me through the insurance process. They came out to also meet the adjuster when he came to do the inspection. On the day of the roof replacement they all showed up on time, they worked very clean and got it done in a day. We recently retained TJ Renovate to remodel a bathroom badly in need of an update. Not just aesthetically but it also needed several repairs. The first thing that impressed me is the guys were ON TIME. The morning they were due to start work, my husband and I had back to back appointments. We were panicking about getting to our first appt. on time. Well, no worries. TJ Renovate was on time and so were we. These guys worked diligently with no messing about.I always worry when we hire contractors because of the mess they leave in the rest of the house and/or outside. Granted they all "pick-up" but it's always weak. TJ Renovate was so respectful of our home. Very careful to make sure all surfaces and floors were protected and at the end of everyday they didn't just "tidy" up. They left everything nice and clean.Ok, the toilet in this bathroom had to be pulled out in order to complete installing the tile due to tight space. Since we moved in this house 11 years ago, the toilet always wobbled A LOT. It was horrible. I worried it was going to be worse after they put it back in. We've had 3 plumbers try to fix it but no luck. Well guess what?? That throne is fit for a king now! It's no longer like the teacup ride at Disney.They discovered the space for the tub wasn't cut for any of the standard sizes. I so upset because I thought we were going to be stuck with the old, ugly tub in our beautiful new bathroom. Nope!! New tub is in and with no shortcuts or chewing gum.So last but definitely not least, the tile work is beautiful. They did such a great job. Grout lines, tile cuts, new fixtures, everything so meticulous. I just love it when people take the time to do things right. We are really thrilled with the way it all came out.I could go on but I think you get the picture. If you want quality work at an honest price, give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.

The thing nobody tells you after you have an insurance repair is that you'll need a combination of advocate and therapist. The advocate to work with the insurance company to make sure that you're truly made whole after the unpleasantness (burst ceiling pipe ruined walls and floors in my case). The therapist because dealing with insurance - with an HOA in between - is Dante's third level stuff and you'll need near-constant reassurance.Tyler exemplifies this dual role. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but he's the one my wife seemed to trust best at the outset, and I'm glad she did.Knowing that it would take a while to get things moving with insurance, we had Tyler quote a modest bathroom remodel and they got started on that almost to the point where it was nearly finished before the insurance claim was approved. And I was just trying to keep a contractor on the hook (a rarity in the Austin market) for the restoration work.The work they performed along with a couple of great subs was done right and exceeded our expectations for a place that's over 50 years old. There was no nickel and diming for a couple of small tweaks we had along the way. They wanted happy clients and did what they needed to do to make it happen.When we've saved up enough, we'll be bringing Tyler and Jaime back to do our kitchen. And that's about as much an endorsement as I can give - aside from five stars.

The first thing that impressed me is the guys were ON TIME. The morning they were due to start work, my husband and I had back to back appointments. We were panicking about getting to our first appt. on time. Well, no worries. TJ Renovate was on time and so were we. These guys worked diligently with no messing about.I always worry when we hire contractors because of the mess they leave in the rest of the house and/or outside. Granted they all "pick-up" but it's always weak. TJ Renovate was so respectful of our home. Very careful to make sure all surfaces and floors were protected and at the end of everyday they didn't just "tidy" up. They left everything nice and clean.Ok, the toilet in this bathroom had to be pulled out in order to complete installing the tile due to tight space. Since we moved in this house 11 years ago, the toilet always wobbled A LOT. It was horrible. I worried it was going to be worse after they put it back in. We've had 3 plumbers try to fix it but no luck. Well guess what?? That throne is fit for a king now! It's no longer like the teacup ride at Disney.They discovered the space for the tub wasn't cut for any of the standard sizes. I so upset because I thought we were going to be stuck with the old, ugly tub in our beautiful new bathroom. Nope!! New tub is in and with no shortcuts or chewing gum.So last but definitely not least, the tile work is beautiful. They did such a great job. Grout lines, tile cuts, new fixtures, everything so meticulous. I just love it when people take the time to do things right. The thing nobody tells you after you have an insurance repair is that you'll need a combination of advocate and therapist. The advocate to work with the insurance company to make sure that you're truly made whole after the unpleasantness (burst ceiling pipe ruined walls and floors in my case). The therapist because dealing with insurance - with an HOA in between - is Dante's third level stuff and you'll need near-constant reassurance.Tyler exemplifies this dual role. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but he's the one my wife seemed to trust best at the outset, and I'm glad she did.Knowing that it would take a while to get things moving with insurance, we had Tyler quote a modest bathroom remodel and they got started on that almost to the point where it was nearly finished before the insurance claim was approved. And I was just trying to keep a contractor on the hook (a rarity in the Austin market) for the restoration work.The work they performed along with a couple of great subs was done right and exceeded our expectations for a place that's over 50 years old. There was no nickel and diming for a couple of small tweaks we had along the way. They wanted happy clients and did what they needed to do to make it happen.When we've saved up enough, we'll be bringing Tyler and Jaime back to do our kitchen. And that's about as much an endorsement as I can give - aside from five stars.

They left everything nice and clean.Ok, the toilet in this bathroom had to be pulled out in order to complete installing the tile due to tight space. Since we moved in this house 11 years ago, the toilet always wobbled A LOT. It was horrible. I worried it was going to be worse after they put it back in. We've had 3 plumbers try to fix it but no luck. Well guess what?? That throne is fit for a king now! It's no longer like the teacup ride at Disney.They discovered the space for the tub wasn't cut for any of the standard sizes. I so upset because I thought we were going to be stuck with the old, ugly tub in our beautiful new bathroom. Nope!! New tub is in and with no shortcuts or chewing gum.So last but definitely not least, the tile work is beautiful. They did such a great job. Grout lines, tile cuts, new fixtures, everything so meticulous. I just love it when people take the time to do things right. We are really thrilled with the way it all came out.I could go on but I think you get the picture. If you want quality work at an honest price, give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.

Tyler and team did an amazing job on my home renovation project! Entire kitchen gut and redo plus a whole house refresh! New kitchen countertops, sink, new floors in whole house, new paint etc! It was incredible to watch them work and see how fast they got the job done. I am back in my home enjoying the fresh pure vibes in just over a month! I needed a contractor to come and do work on a condo that had damage to flooring, baseboards and drywall due to a sewer leak. They were very responsive and helpful and I was able to coordinate everything from out of town. They did a beautiful job and it feels like it was returned to its original condition.

The thing nobody tells you after you have an insurance repair is that you'll need a combination of advocate and therapist. The advocate to work with the insurance company to make sure that you're truly made whole after the unpleasantness (burst ceiling pipe ruined walls and floors in my case). The therapist because dealing with insurance - with an HOA in between - is Dante's third level stuff and you'll need near-constant reassurance.Tyler exemplifies this dual role. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but he's the one my wife seemed to trust best at the outset, and I'm glad she did.Knowing that it would take a while to get things moving with insurance, we had Tyler quote a modest bathroom remodel and they got started on that almost to the point where it was nearly finished before the insurance claim was approved. And I was just trying to keep a contractor on the hook (a rarity in the Austin market) for the restoration work.The work they performed along with a couple of great subs was done right and exceeded our expectations for a place that's over 50 years old. There was no nickel and diming for a couple of small tweaks we had along the way. They wanted happy clients and did what they needed to do to make it happen.When we've saved up enough, we'll be bringing Tyler and Jaime back to do our kitchen. And that's about as much an endorsement as I can give - aside from five stars.

Tyler and Jaime did great work for our home when we had insurance related repair issue , Tyler helped me find the right wood flooring invested time to help me guide in this process. Jaime was very prompt whenever I had questions and helped complete the project before time even though we are not close by to monitor the progress. We were in a health situation knowing that they accommodated our different request and completed the project promptly exceeding our expectation
